LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)
LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a green building rating system developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). It is widely used internationally as a framework to assess the environmental performance of buildings and communities.
How LEED Works ?
LEED can be applied to various project types, including new construction, interior fit-outs, existing building operations, neighbourhood developments and cities. Projects are evaluated using a points-based system across key areas such as energy efficiency, water use, sustainable site planning, materials selection and indoor environmental quality.
