Mr. Bernard Sagaiyaraj

Bernard is a professional Mechanical Engineer with a MBA, who has 30 years of experience in fields ranging from System and Product Design, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Facilities Management and Sustainability and this was done with various firms like Hitachi Semiconductor, Accenture, Emerson Climate Technologies, Patton Refrigeration and Bureau Veritas. 15 years of experience which related to Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning with a focus in creating low-energy air-conditioning systems. His PhD thesis was on product and system design of active chilled beams for the tropics. Bernard is also a LEED Accredited Professional (AP), AEMAS Energy Manager, Registered Electrical Energy Manager (REEM) and a Certified Trainer. He is also the Director of Blue Snow Energy Co Ltd – a sustainability consulting firm.

Kalyan is a Mechanical Engineer with a Bachelor Degree, who has 16 years of experience in fields on Residential, Commercial and Industrial of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Services System. He is also Completed Certification Project for Bureau Veritas(Cambodia) in 2015 as high grade LEED Platinum. He could provides consulting service for buildings that are environmentally friendly according to international standards or USGBC. Start with feasibility study Monitor and analyze energy consumption with computer programs Consultation on design and selection of suitable materials as well as propose guidelines for applying for green building standards until the building is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, while continuing to achieve business success with efficiency and sustainability. He is also the Director of VRK Corporation Co., Ltd – Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing Green Building Contractor.
